Negronetto the original

True symbol of Negroni and most renowned among all salamis, Negronetto was born in 1931. To bypass a ban imposed by France on the tasting of salamis at the fair in Nice, Paolo Negroni, son of company’s founder Pietro, created a pocket-size salami, with the same quality of standard sized products, to give out to visitors. The first branded salami was born. Negronetto is produced with pure Italian pork meat, carefully selected and minced into medium grain. It is distinguished by its unique subtle flavour and fragrance.
