This medium to finely ground salami is produced by processing choice lean Italian pork. It is dry-cured in little metal cages that give it its typical flat shape. Lean and compact slices have a delicate, mild flavour, ideal to be tasted in combination with vegetables, fruit and cheese platters or dressed with a dash of olive oil. Max 18% fat.
