Negroni mortadelle are produced with carefully selected pork meat, capturing your senses right from the leader Stella - Mortadella Bologna I.G.P. – with its unique delicate flavour, then going on to the full strong flavour of the tasty Primula, up to the full bodied Cometa, with its intensely original aroma.
And now we have Stella d’oro, mortadella made of prime Italian raw materials only, carefully selected and processed to the best Italian deli traditions.

Produced as dictated by the original recipe from Bologna, Mortadella "Stella" is I.G.P. certified, and its production guidelines envisagers:
  • The sole use of pork meats from a well defined geographical basin
  • Manual boning of pork meats, and the presence of at least 15% of pork throat fat in the mixture
  • A core temperature of +70°C
  • The total absence of polyphospates and milk derivates in the mixture
  • With is unmistakable, velvet-like consinstency, it is available in various shapes and portions, both with and without pistachio nuts.
