Villa Gambara: an ancient 17th century manor house once used as a convent: this is where Negroni established its factory in the 50’s that could be considered as a true and proper “artisans' workshop” for size and production methods. And, thanks to the expertise of its personnel and to the special climatic conditions typical of bassa parmense, this is where three masterpieces of Italian deli meat take shape.
