NEGRONI Prosciutto Arrosto is a Roasted Ham produced in Italy using deboned pork ham that is soaked with brine and then flavoured with a rich blend of garlic, rosemary and fine Mediterranean herbs both on top and within the muscles. Then lightly steamed to ensure a smooth texture, it is then browned in the oven for an irresistible aroma.
