The meatloaf can be used to make meatballs or be further stuffed. 

With a dash of imagination and the right ingredients, you can transform traditional dishes into something even more delicious. In this case, you can simply treat leftover meatloaf as if it were bread, and stuff it with pancetta and cheese. 

In less than 5 minutes, you will have a complete, delicious and hearty dish to use as a dinner in front of the TV or to be served to friends who unexpectedly stop by for dinner. Meatloaf stuffed with is perfect forhunger pangsand can prove an excellent solution for children's snacks.

The Recipe:


Meatloaf is made with ground beef, salami, bread crumbs, eggs, nutmeg and grated Parmesan cheese. View the ingredients as well as the detailed Meatloaf recipe.  Once all of the ingredients are mixed, create the meatloaf shape and bake at 200° C for 40 minutes.To stuff the meatloaf with mortadella and cheese, cut the meatloaf into slices that are not too thick. The thinner you cut them, the more finger food they will provide if you are entertaining guests. Place a slice of mortadella, cheese, and another slice of mortadella on each slice of meatloaf. Close with a second slice of meatloaf, like a sandwich. Then cut each sandwich loaf in half to have finger food. 

Arrange the morsels onto a baking sheet and cook at 180° C for 10 minutes. Meatloaf stuffed with mortadella and cheese can also be heated in the microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Serve after having seasoned with a dash of oil and rosemary sprigs.
