Homemade pizza is always a welcome idea that brings joy to the table and makes everyone happy, both young and old. It is not difficult to make a good homemade pizza, you just have to be patient for the dough to rise and make sure that it cooks properly at the right time and temperature. Each oven makes the difference in how wella recipe such as pizza turns out. Potatoes may be added to the dough to make a good homemade pizza, as it helps create a soft base.

For a really special homemade pizza, the trick is to use very little yeast and let the dough rise for 8 to 12 hours.  Today's homemade pizza needs to rise for approximately 2 hours, and here's how to make it.

The Recipe:

First, dissolve the brewer’s yeast in a little warm water. Meanwhile, pour the flour onto a work surface, make a recess in the center and pour in the water with the yeast. Begin kneading the dough, and gradually add the oil, salt and remaining water. Continue to knead until you have dough that is smooth and firm.

Place the pizza dough in a bowl or a container, cover with a cotton cloth and place in a warm place until the dough has doubled in size. It will take approximately 2 to 3 hours. You can place the dough in the oven with the light on.

When the dough has grown enough, resume kneading and begin to spread it with your hands on the baking sheet. Try to make a thin pizza, leaving the edges a little higher. Once the dough is stretched, heat the oven to 250°.

Then place the pan with the pizza on the lowest shelf for 10 minutes.

Remove the pizza from the oven and spread the mozzarella cut into pieces or slices along with raw mushrooms.

Put the pizza in the oven, placing it on the next to last shelf and let it cook for another 10 to 15 minutes. Check that the dough is properly cooked underneath and at the center, then remove it from the oven. Decorate with slices of coppa or pancetta and serve!
